I am an experienced Instructional Designer dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences. My passion lies in developing engaging course materials that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

Projects
- Working with subject matter experts and instructional designers, I lead the design and development of blended courseware to help learners prepare for a highly sought after industry certification. Deliverables include eLearning modules, videos, self-study guides, virtual classroom materials, case studies, and face to face instructor guides.
- For a global quick-serve restaurant company, I designed and developed a blended curriculum in support of a strategic initiative. The curriculum was rolled out to all 12,000+ US-based stores. Courseware was developed using Articulate and Audacity with live voiceover talent. We developed coaching guides to reinforce and apply key concepts on the job.
- For a membership organization that helped entrepreneurs to market and grow their businesses, developed an extended-enterprise eLearning curriculum. Topics included outrageous advertising, direct-response marketing, and copywriting. Consulted with subject-matter experts, wrote scripts, and recommended additional topics. Courses were created in Articulate and delivered through the Oracle LMS.
